This document applies only to data that the user voluntarily provides through the enquiry form on iphs.ru.
1. User consent
By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to Photonics Systems LLC, primary state registration number (OGRN) 1177847364573, taxpayer identification number (INN) 7801340322, processing the personal data listed below.
2. Data covered
The name of the user.
Email address or telephone number.
Company name, if provided in the form.
Information in the task description and attached file, where it contains personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
Receiving and reviewing the enquiry.
Contacting the user to clarify the task and prepare a response or proposal.
Retaining the history of business correspondence concerning the enquiry.
4. Data processing operations
The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use and transfer data to hosting and email providers to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry, and may restrict processing, delete and destroy the data.
Processing may be performed by automated and non-automated means.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, unless applicable law requires continued processing on another legal basis.
Consent can be withdrawn by emailing inf.phs@yandex.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
