We select the optical layout, calculate its parameters and develop the mechanical design to meet the technical specification. Our modelling accounts for stray light, mechanics and operating conditions. We use Zemax, COMSOL, Ansys and other specialist software.

We build experimental setups and prototypes to verify the optical layout, mechanical design and key parameters. We assemble and align the system, then carry out measurements. Test results help us refine the design before the next development stage.

We manufacture components, assemble, align and test optical and optomechanical units using technical specifications, design documentation, drawings and 3D models. We work with one-off units, prototypes and small batches. ISO 6 cleanrooms are available for operations with cleanliness requirements.
