Optical measurements, mechanical component manufacturing and assembly in a controlled environment are available in-house. We select the equipment and working conditions to meet the requirements of each product or experiment.

We assemble and inspect optical units in a controlled clean environment. Our cleanrooms cover 16 m², with a laminar flow cabinet and a glovebox available for specific operations. The scope of work is defined by the product requirements and limits on component contamination.

Two laboratories with a combined area of 36 m² are used to assemble and align experimental setups, carry out measurements and test engineering hypotheses. We select the work surface, light sources, measuring instruments and fixtures for each task.

We manufacture lens mounts, holders, adapters, housing components and production fixtures from drawings and 3D models. Our facilities support turning, milling and dimensional inspection, using both manually operated and CNC machines. Achievable parameters are agreed after reviewing the project inputs.
