About us

Photonics Systems

End-to-end engineering in optics and photonics

Since 2017, we have designed, prototyped and manufactured optical systems and optomechanical assemblies for research, industrial and technology applications. Optical design, mechanical engineering, laboratory research and production are brought together in one team.

Engineering workflow

Key stages within one company

Optics, mechanics, experimentation and production affect one another. Our specialists therefore coordinate decisions within a single project team.

A project can begin with an optical calculation, an experimental model or a manufacturing task. When needed, the team connects these stages into one workflow, passing results between specialists while preserving the original requirements.

This means optical calculations account for mechanics and assembly, experiments test technical hypotheses, and production receives a prepared design with clear verification points.

Company history

How our engineering capabilities grew

Each stage added a capability: from optical calculations to experiments, in-house mechanics and assembly in a controlled environment.

  1. Company founded

We began working in optics and photonics.

  2. In-house optical laboratory

Calculated designs could now be tested on experimental setups.

  3. Expanded metalworking

We increased our capacity to make our own optomechanics and tooling.

  4. ISO 6 cleanrooms

Controlled conditions became available for assembling contamination-sensitive optical systems.

  5. A team of 20 specialists

Engineers from different disciplines came together in one project environment.

  6. More than 50 projects

Our work spans optical design, prototyping and manufacturing.

Team

Different disciplines, one optical system

Our projects bring together optical designers, mechanical engineers, experimentalists, process engineers, assembly and alignment specialists, software developers and production staff.

How we work

From requirements to a testable solution

  1. 01

    Understand the challenge first

We define parameters and constraints before choosing technologies, components or a mechanical design.

  2. 02

    Validate calculations experimentally

Where technical uncertainty remains, we build a model or prototype before making the final product.

  3. 03

    Work as one project team

Optical designers, mechanical engineers, experimentalists and production specialists coordinate directly and work to the same requirements throughout the project.

  4. 04

    Design for physical implementation

Even at the design stage, we consider assembly, alignment, component availability, mechanics and production.
